Meditations for the mind, body and soul - Since time immemorial, meditation has been advocated as the perfect tool for keeping health and peace of the body and mind. Considering the present day life style, which in a long term is bound to lead to various illnesses on account of stress on the mind and body, meditation has become a necessity. Each and every human being should adopt it to calm down the chatter in the mind, to look within and be in tune with oneself. It does not mean incessant chanting with the lips with the mind wandering elsewhere. The key is to observe one's thoughts and understanding the transient nature of the thoughts as a corollary to the transient nature of the events in the outside world. Each of the healee would be given short meditation exercise, through which the relaxed mind would bring about a positive change in the mind-body condition. A focus on the correct slow and deep rythmic breathing would also be maintained.
